Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Overview

SABINI follows a strict exchange-only policy or store credit. We do not offer refunds via cash, bank transfer, UPI, card reversal, or original mode of payment.

2. Eligibility for Exchange

A product is eligible only if all of the following are met:

Request raised within 7 days of delivery
Product is unused, unworn, and unwashed
No stains, damage, perfume, or signs of wear
Original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact

3. Limited Drop Policy

For limited pieces, exchanges are allowed only for size (if available) or store credit. No refunds under any circumstances. Once sold out, replacement is not guaranteed.

4. Non-Eligible Conditions

Requests will be rejected if the product has been worn, washed, or altered; tags or packaging are missing; the request is raised after the timeframe; or the product is damaged due to misuse.

5. Exchange Process

Step 1 — Request: Email within 7 days with your Order ID, reason, and clear product images.

Step 2 — Approval: Reviewed within 2–3 working days based on condition and availability.

Step 3 — Return Shipping: Customer ships the product back securely. SABINI is not liable for transit loss.

Step 4 — Inspection: Quality check takes 2–4 working days upon receipt.

Step 5 — Resolution: Exchange is processed or store credit is issued.

6. Store Credit

Valid for 120 days from date of issue
One-time use only — cannot be split, transferred, or converted to cash
Expires automatically if unused

7. Damaged / Incorrect Product

Report within 48 hours of delivery with product and packaging images. After verification, SABINI will provide an exchange or store credit.

8. Limitations

Only one exchange per order
Shipping charges are non-refundable
Reverse shipping costs are borne by the customer

9. Final Note

SABINI is built on intent, not excess. Every piece is created to be kept — not returned.
