- Process: Email your Order ID, reason and product images for approval before return.
- Shipping: Return shipping is customer’s responsibility.
- Damaged/Incorrect: Report within 48 hours with images.
- Store Credit: Valid for 120 days and cannot be transferred or converted to cash.
